Gratitude a turbo charger

Gratitude is the manifestation turbo-charger Gratitude is the manifestation turbo-charger. In fact, it's one of the most powerful feelings for bringing what you desire into your life. When a person thinks about the things, people and experiences that they're grateful for, their awareness of the good in their life increases, and they start to feel good. What you focus on increases, so the more you feel good about all there is to be grateful for, the more will show up. You could make a list right now of some of the things you're grateful for, and then think about it any time you accidentally start to worry about what you haven't got. Gratitude is the manifestation turbo-charger.

Unlock Your Attitude of Gratitude
- 3 Simple Steps

Few things have made a difference in my life. One of them is an attitude of gratitude.
After I learned to count my blessings, my life has changed. I became more relaxed, peaceful, and happy.

Being grateful is one of the quickest ways to inner peace and relaxation. Why?
Because it is impossible to feel stress and gratitude at the same time.
Imagine for a moment what it would feel like to be peaceful and relaxed throughout your day. To feel inner peace and tranquility. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
These feelings can be yours when you unlock your attitude of gratitude. How?

Just follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Begin a gratitude journal
2. Become aware
3. Remind yourself

1. Begin a Gratitude Journal
The very first step is getting into the habit of being grateful by beginning a gratitude journal.
Any kind of a journal will be good,as long as you write in it only what you are grateful for. Every day - morning is a good time for this - spend at least 10 minutes writing what you are grateful for.

No matter what our situation is, we all have a lot to be grateful for. I know you can find a lot to be grateful for too. For example, here are some facts:
· You are alive.
· You have electricity.
· You have access to the internet.
· You can read.
· You have a roof over your head.
I am sure you get the idea. You don't have to look for big things that you are grateful for. Start with the basics.
Start from the bottom up. Do you have shoes? Does your body (your legs) get you from one place to another? Do you have eyesight? Do you have family, friends, pets?
When you stop focusing on what you don't have and start focusing on what you have, you will immediately feel more peaceful. That is the beginning of your attitude of gratitude.
As you continue to write in your gratitude journal, the attitude of gratitude will become natural to you and you will experience less stress in your life and more freedom.

2. Become Aware
The second step is catching yourself when we you are not in a positive state. Quite often, we go about our day and we don't realize that we are feeling stressed out, depressed, or annoyed. Being aware of your feelings is an important step towards your well-being.
Stop frequently throughout a day and ask yourself how you are feeling. If you are not feeling good, then change it. How? Begin to count your blessings.

3. Remind Yourself
Frequently remind yourself to be grateful throughout your day. Find yourself time to remember God and His Goodness upon your life and I am sure bet you will feel fulfilled.
Remember God for anything that you can associate with gratitude. Every time you look at where you were and what you have experienced and where you are/feel now, you will be spurred up for gratitude onto GOD to whom we owe our existence.

With these 3 steps you will discover the wonderful state of being in gratitude. You will naturally begin to look for something to be thankful for. When you develop an attitude of gratitude, your whole being will radiate. And you will experience more peace, joy, and happiness in life.
